JEEVES AND WOOSTER:

THEIR TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS

Above is a example of a Second Year project done by myself which was shown at the London Metropolitan Summer Show in 2014.  The requirement was to take a film of your choice, find parts of the film without music and compose music which reflected the scene(s) chosen.  Although not a film, I chose 'Jeeves and Wooster' which was made during the early 1990's and starred Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie as Jeeves and Wooster respectively.  The project was accepted by the tutors.

Of particular interest is the opening music.  I took away the original title written by Anne Dudley and inserted my own composition, taking care to choose a major key, as I felt that a minor key would result in music sounding too much like the original score.

I am also a guitar and bass teacher of many years experience in a wide-ranging number of styles. Below is a link to my website, which also showcases two of my own compositions: 'Valsa la Noche' and 'Caprice'.
